Can. Clear deep golden with a finger thick light beige head. Nice curtains. Bread, caramel, dried fruit, some pine cones and grass. Full body, some warmth. Nice bitterness and carbonation. Piney, grassy hops in the flavor, with bread, caramel, dried fruit and a herbal hint in the flavor. Lasting finish with a vegetal hint. Sure a nice doppelbock. 250503

Can. Orange juice colored, still looking, with a small off-white head. Some curtains. Alcohol, pale malts and generic citrus/tropical fruityness in the aroma. Some vanilla, herbal and licorice hints. Full body, lightly warming, nice carbonation. Pale malts, alcohol, herbal hints and a gentle bitterness in the flavor, but mostly it's tropical fruityness and citrus. Medium length finish. A bit warming, would love more carbonation, but overall quite nice. 250503
