Bottle. Unclear orange body with a medium sized white head. Aroma feels like a bit sweet pale malt with rather much spicy yeast and a floral touch. Flavor is relatively sweet for the style, a bit subdued malt profile, kinda fruity, spicy, yeast and slightly harsh floral/grassy bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Drinkable but I miss some "Saison softness", feels a bit raw and unfinished somehow.

Regular consumed as Salmekyst at different occasions. A very nice and refreshing session IPA with a fine grapefruit, passion fruit and a little bit of grapes in aroma. Balanced flavor with medium sweetness from pale malt, lots of fruity hops (when fresh) and good bitterness. Impressive taste and balance for only 4,5% ABV.

Growler. Unclear golden body with a fine white head. Fine, distinct and refreshing aroma of citric fruit, grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, grapes, hint of pine and some fruity yeast. Flavor has the same complex hoppy fruitiness, grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, white wine grapes, soft pale malt and balanced bitterness. Medium body and quite long lasting aftertaste of the same complex fruity bitterness. A very nice, really tasty and super refreshing session IPA, nothing that could offend anyone and still a bit different from the regular bunch of session IPA’s. It’s a quite big amount of summer going on here. I guess it’s important to have it quite fresh to get the best experinece here, but today this is close to amazing at only 4,5%

Superficial tasted @ Håntverkeren juleølfestival. Clear golden body under a thin, fast disappearing white head. Aroma of acidic apple and mild cinnamon. Nice apple flavor, some generic fruit, cinnamon and grassy hops. Fine body with a bit more pronounced spicy aftertaste. Interesting.

Superficial tasted @ Håntverkeren juleølfestival. Dark brown body under a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, cinnamon and some kind of fruit (it’s actually apple cider but doesn’t smell exactly like that.) Taste is sweet, dark malt, a bit of caramel/chocolate, cinnamon and after a while apple cider. A bit light bodied, same aftertaste. Rather interesting and highly drinkable brew with several layers in taste.

On tap at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. It's an almost clear one, pale yellow and headless. Citrusy, tropical aroma with a pleasant apple scent. Lightly earthy too. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate, nicely carbonated and quite dry. Citrusy, tropical fruit flavor with a pleasant backdrop of apple. A gentle touch of spices too, particularly vanilla and cinnamon. Some earthy, cellary hints in the flavor too. Pleasant medium length finish. An interesting flavored cider I think. The hops played a bigger role than the spices. 241102

On tap at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. It's a dark brown one, topped by a small off-white head. The aroma has cocoa, cinnamon, generic spice notes, coffee and roasted malts. It's medium bodied, feeling rather thin, with a pleasant warmth and carbonation level. Not too sweet, with a decent bitterness. Cinnamon, cocoa, roasted malts, some coffee and a hint of licorice in the flavor. Medium length finish. A decent and interesting brew lacking on body. 241102
