440 ml can, batch #48, as Hogna Vixen Juleøl, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.0%. Hazy reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of malts, some of them lightly roasted, notes of brown bread and burnt breadcrumbs. The flavour has brown and roast malts with a slight sweetness. Moderate hops. Not too bad.

Lett tåkete lys brun med høyt beige skum. Lukter barnål, noe blomster og lett karamell. Middels bitter sitrusskall og brent karamell.

Amber with off white head - Malt aroma with some caramel and some hops in the back as well - Malt body with some carmel notes and there is a good hop flavour with bitterness as well - The malt and hop bitterness goes into the finish - This was nice

Hazy amber with dark off white head - Dark malt aroma with some dark fruity tones - Malt body with a good caramel flavour with some dark fruity tones as well and there is some hints of bitterness in the back to balance - The malt and some bitterness goes into the finish - This was good

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry roasted, toast, roasted grain, hay, minerals, grass, burnt caramel, chocolate, roasted coffee, paper. Taste is dry and harsh roasted, weeds, hay, toast, roasted grain, bark, alcohol, paper, burnt coffee, burnt caramel, harsh grass, medicine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh roasted mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, wet leafs, wet grass, strawberry jam, minerals, cardboard, wet hay, bark, butterscotch, sawdust, harsh hops, alcohol, old moss. Taste is dry and harsh grassy, weeds, bark, old leafs, cardboard, wet hay, harsh hops, alcohol, fruit stones, wet grass, old moss, sawdust. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Lett tåkete lys brun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter sitrus, appelsin, klementin og korn. Lett. Lett sødme. Sitrus, clementinskall, korn og aprikos. Middels minus i bitterhet.

Svart med fingerhøyt lys brunt skum. Lukter kaffe, melkesjokolade, trevirke og havre. Middels fylde. Smaker kaffe, kakaopulver, noe salt lakris, lett søtlig svisker og noe trevirke. Kort.

Gylden brun lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter tydelig ingefær, noe karamell og parfyme. Mye pepperig ingefærsmak. Noe såpe. Oljete.
