About
The brewery was started in 2015. We are located in Harsvik Brygge opposite Coop Market on Stokkøya. Batches of 300 and 600l are brewed. We sell mainly to the grocery market, but also something to Horeca. We deliver on glass bottles (0.33 and 0.5l) and on KeyKegs.
We print our own labels so we are flexible on small amounts of beer with our own labels. either whole batches or just a few bottles.

Backlog October 2016. Clear amber body under a fine, big, tan head. Aroma is strong caramel, mild malt and slightly sour. Taste is light malt, light fruit, light bitterness and all over pretty dull.

Bottle. An almost clear golden colored beer with a nice white head leaving lacing. Lightly piney, grassy aroma with some biscuity malts. A light chalky yeast touch too. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated. Quite dry, and decently bitter, with a pleasant piney and grassy hop touch. Pale malts in the back. Sure much better than expected this one. 201128

330ml bottle, batch #140, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Trondheim. Clear straw-yellow coloured body, fast diminishing pearl white head, lacing rings down the glass. Vague grassy nose. Balanced taste profile including mid-dry apples, pale malts and citric notes. Faint kveik beneath. Short ripe fruity end. Soft on the swallow. Accepted. (Hotel room, Trondheim 14.09.2019).

Inititelt kjempefin aroma, men den falt litt sammen i smaken, litt flat og tander. Tørrende i munnen. Vet ikke helt.

RBHD-samling hos RB-Bryne, og etter 10 gode ratinger på det overbevisende Brix Brygghus er vi nå klare til å gi gass for alvor, og denne er først ut. 0,5 flaske: lett uklar strågul med fint skum som varer. Frisk aroma og smak preget av citrus, tyggis, høy og milde krydderurter. Slank.
