About
The brewery was started in 2015. We are located in Harsvik Brygge opposite Coop Market on Stokkøya. Batches of 300 and 600l are brewed. We sell mainly to the grocery market, but also something to Horeca. We deliver on glass bottles (0.33 and 0.5l) and on KeyKegs.
We print our own labels so we are flexible on small amounts of beer with our own labels. either whole batches or just a few bottles.

Poured from a bottle at Bryggerifestivalen 2017. Cloudy apricot coloured body, diminishing pearl white head. Clingy lacing. Smell of dried fruits and malty sweetness. Taste profile of fruity caramel. Malt-fruity, rather sweet ending. Medium bodied. Smooth on the swallow. Nice. (Trondheim 03.08.2017).

Poured from a bottle at Bryggerifestivalen 2017. A hazy apricot coloured body. Clingy lacing from a dissipating white head. Mild coffee nose added by citric hints. Coffee flavours joined by minerals, herbs, and apricot. Rounded mid-dry ending. Decent. (Trondheim 03.08.2017).

Poured from a bottle at Bryggerifestivalen 2017. Coal black body, filmy fawn-coloured head. Dotted spots on the glass. Dark doughy nose, slightly roasted. Taste of roasted malts, doughy, with hints of dark fruits. Roasted endnotes. Medium bodied. Just alright. (Trondheim 03.08.2017).

Poured from a bottle at Bryggerifestivalen 2017. Fast diminishing white head to a hazy golden body. Fair lacing. Aroma of peaches, hints of cat piss. Peachy flavours, some citric hints joined by coriander and wheat. Mid-dry fruity ending. Fair enough. (Trondheim 03.08.2017).

Taster, poured from a bottle. Misty pale golden body. Clingy lacing from a dissipating white head. Mild aroma of herbal hops with hints of citrus. Fresh taste of orange followed by citrus peels to the ending, mid-sweet. Soft in the mouth. Easy to drink. Fits the season. (Bryggerifestivalen, Trondheim 03.08.2017).

KØLF 141016. Brown-orange color with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, roasted malt, yeast. Flavor is caramel, roasted malt, yeast, coffee, toffee. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Flaske 500ml fra Gulating Tromsø. Drukket hjemme 9 Okt 16. Gylden. Lett uklar. Filmskum. Lett plommearoma. Smaken lett syrlig frukt med malt i bakgrunnen. Tørr avslutning. Grei.
