Backlog February 2017. Unclear golden body under a dense, lacing off-white head. Aroma has malt, hint of toffee, citric fruit and tropical fruit. Taste is refreshing with light malt, grapefruit, citric fruit, tangerine, and pine. Medium bitterness, medium body and average aftertaste. Nice and easy.

0,33 boks fra julenissens restlager i Lars Hertervigs gate, hjemme: vakker og klar, rødlig mahognyfarge, og med et fint skum som varer. Karameller og knekk, maltekstrakt, hint av røde bær. Alt for søt for denne ganen. Hvorfor de har kalt den for cookie bock begriper jeg ikke, jeg kjenner overhode ingen smak av cookies her.

Well…I tried this one with ribbe. And I will not recommend it to any other Clear dark amber ish pour and a fine creamy head Moderate intensity in the aroma Tad sweet and a mild bitterness Mellow carbonation level Mild bready, malty and mild fruit flavor [Can from Lasse]
