Bottle 0.5 l. (Thanks vinivini!). Clear light golden, snow-white head. Aroma: pleasant, pilsner malt, soft, slightly floral and slightly spicy hops, very clean. Taste; light, clean, balanced combination pilsner malt and pleasant soft hop bitterness, extremely drinkable, good pils.

Pours amber to light red from the bottle. A frothy tan head slowly subsides. A quite malty nose full of bread and caramel. Taste is sweet with light apple candy undertones. Dry at the end with a very mild bitterness. Body is medium with moderate carbonation. Pleasant.

Tasted again after many years. Bottle. Pours brilliant gold with a moderate white frothy head of mediocre retention. Aroma: grains, cereals, light spicy notes of hop. Restrained fruitiness. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Taste: solid neutral malts, lightly sweet, hoppy grassy ending. Long. Light to medium bitterness. Pleasant hoppy aftertaste. Enjoyable pils.

Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz.

Paid a rip-off price at NUE for a bottle of this. Deep gold with a high, airy head. Nice herbal hop nose, lemon, llight and crisp malt. Sweet and fruity, however, heavy and a bit cloying, with some lemon but low bitterness. Meh.

On tap, 0.5 litre on 6th Aug 2018. In the biergarten of an Indian Restaurant in Gommern, surrounded by Peacocks. All a bit surreal I suppose. Anyway the beer came in a mug like glass, heavy handled thing, and it looked good; clear and clean mahogany red in colour, beige head on top. Fairly sweet stuff, with some caramel and fruity esters in the nose; taste also malty molasses to the fore. My sweet tooth liked it.
