Description

Bottle. Aroma mostly brett, light background fruits and coffee/roasted. Dark brown colour, heavy stable head. Taste is nicely balanced. Initially fruity, caramel, with moderate sourness. Contrary to expectations, sourness disappears progressively. Finish is roasted with light soury twist. Very interesting and tasty brett experiment.

0,33 l bottle. Nearly black in the glass and nearly no head. Dark Chocolate and coffee on the nose. Starts the same, light floral background, definitive not a sweet porter. Hints of chili are discreet, more a minimal spicy and salty sourness, in the aftertaste. Certainly not a beer for everyday, but interesting.

Bottled, BB 11-2015, large sample. Clear ruby color, big rocky light brown head. Aroma is spicy, clove, nutmeg, hint of anise, some roasted malts, some licorice, hint of coffee, autumn leaves. Quite bitter taste, bit sweet, spicy, bit dry. Im not a big fan of spiced beers, but this one does the trick for the winter season definitely. Great balance, great brew!

Murky-hazy amber color, good beige head, lace. Tropical fruity flavor and "dry yeasty" notes. Medium-bodied. Caramel, tropical fruity hops and resin, some alcohol. There is some notes which are perhaps from yeast. Fruity IPA/DIPA.
