Description
Breckenridge Brewery opened its doors in 1990 in the mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Itβs the third-oldest craft brewery in the state. In 1992, our second brewpub in downtown Denver opened. In the summer of 2015 a new production brewery was opened in Littleton. After 26 years, the focus is still on creating well-balanced, approachable, and interesting beers while also creating memorable visitor experiences. In 2016 Breckenridge Brewery became a unit of AB InBev.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear dark amber with a vigorous beige head. Aroma of amber/roast malt with a little hint of floral/grass. Med body at least. Flavor is amber/roast/caramel with floral and something that could be grass. Not all that dry. Moderately bitter. Very good flavor tho. Expecially for a Marzen.

Pour is more of a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a slight citrus, maybe a bit of melon. Flavor is more melon and citrus with a ever so slight coconut. Not outstanding but just decent enough.

Nonic pint draft at the Breckenridge Brewery by gate A73 in the Denver International Airport. The pour is a slight haze orange golden with a foamy off white head. The aroma is a soft citrus and pine hops, along with a nice cereal malt. The taste is bitter resin pine, orange citrus behind that and balanced nicely with the cereal malt. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Solid.
