Holziger Geruch. Weicher malziger Beginn mit viel Sojasauce, holzig, etwas Vanille, was mit der Zeit noch deutlich stärker wird. Hintergründig auch etwas Kakao, etwas trocken, der Alkohol ist nie erkennbar. Würzig, zunehmend schokoladig, überraschend weich, langer Nachgeschmack. 8/11/11/11/12/11

Sample at the Roost, clear amber with a ring of white head. Nose has malt and ginger and cookie. Flavor is the same. It's a Christmas ale. Lacks some complexity but cmon. Dry finish.

Canned (from Systembolaget Uddevalla, thanks PatteB!) Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, tropical fruits and some lactose. Flavour is quite much the same elements with a quite earthy take on it.
