BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden orangey colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is sweet and tangy, woody, caramel, funk, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying acidity. Nicely drinkable

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Golden colour with reddish pink tinge, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, oak barrel, red wine, grape. Taste is sweetish & tangy, apple, red wine, hints of oak wood barrel, grapey notes, some acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cider is Wine. Opened with a loud pop. Pale yellow colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fleshy, bready, yeasty, citric. Taste is tangy, tart apple, with bready yeast, white wine notes and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry bittersharp tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Sparkling, golden colour, bubbly white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel, funky. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, some core & skin, with caramel hints and orchardy, leathery drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, funky edge. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, orchardy, some farmhouse funk, bittersharp and with drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry robust tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

75cl bottle, shared with Soph sat by the river. Clear deep gold appearance. Oily palate, light acidity, nicely dry, softly tart, moderately tangy with sharp natural fruit coursing throughout. Decent.

Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, red apple, juicy, with some tartness, wine notes and tangy acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi-dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
