We brew our beers in small batches to be naturally low in alcohol. By carefully managing each stage of the process, we're able to keep more flavour in.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours murky orange with a thin white head. Aromas of ginger and stewed fruit. Taste is fiery ginger, more fruit, but not the sharpness I'd expect from rhubarb. Not bad. --- Beer merged from original tick of Jump Ship Shore Leave - Chuckleberry on 21 Jan 2024 at 15:53 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. Original review text: Can from the Dry Drinker. Pours just-clear pink with a thin white head. Aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant, a definite creamy note. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow-orange. Creamy white head. Nose - ginger up front with some stewed fruit lurking. Not necessarily obvious that it's rhubarb, was thinking stewed peach. Taste - again, ginger dominant with peach skin, but not getting a specific rhubarb note. Palate - light bodied, with fiery ginger dominant through the finish. Overall - the ginger gives it more length than it would otherwise have, so not bad.

330ml can: BBE November 2022. Drank on 8th August 2022 while dog and house sitting in Devon. Clean and clear golden body, white crown. Slight malty front to the nose and taste, biscuit like esters and flavour. I've had a lot worse low alcohol Lagers than this (and worse alcoholic ones too).
