Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Almost clear golden with a good sized just off white cap, as it goes for a Cider. Nose is funky apple, grass, herb, apple skin, tannins. Taste comprises tarte apples, straw, vinous twang, orchard wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Clear golden topped with white spotting. Nose is funk, light smoke, toffee apple, grains. Taste comprises barnyard esters, herb, apple orchard, straw, medicinal tones, light Spey soaked oak. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Pale yellow with a thin white cap that soon clears to a swirl. Nose is bitter sweet pear esters, light funk, hay bale, barnyard. Taste comprises pears, funk, tangy orchard fruits, tannins, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Decent Perry.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Pale yellow colour, white foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of pear, fleshy, floral. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, floral, fleshy, with some citric acidity and light tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry fruity peary finish. Niccely drinkable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Slightly hazed bright golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of musty apple, fleshy, ripe apple. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, with some astrigent tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy tart & tannic finish. Quite OK

Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is flabby vanilla. Oaky, buttery. Flavour is composed of lemon buttery. Oak, vanilla. Palate is semi sweet tangy melow carbonation. Very flabby.

Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A clear petrol yellow coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is nice pineapple, mango, juicy Flavour is semi sweet, juicy apple, pineapple, mango, pear. Some white sugars. Pear drops. Custard. Light tang. Nice.

2/1/2023. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is green apple, lightly funky, with sweet sugary notes. Medium sweetness, light sourness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Slightly woody and dry finish. Pretty good.

Cask at the brunswick flyer. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head, plastic, tangy apple, straw, mealy apple.. Flavour is composed of tangy tart green apple, lemon rind, squeeze of lemon. Wheat, mealy apple.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Pale golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of apple, fleshy fruity. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, fleshy, citric, floral, with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
