BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Yellowy golden colour, no head and aroma of perry peat, floral, funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, flowery, citric, eldrerflower, with some citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweetish drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable

Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, mango, orange, waxy, plastic, juicy apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy apple, woody note, canned pineapple mealy apple. Palate is semi sweet tangy mellow carbonation.

Taste is perry pear, floral, melon, gooseberry, tart fruity, with some acetic funky notes, drying acidity and a little tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peary finish. Quite drinkable
