Many thanks to Bryne for sharing a 500ml bottle of this one. A dense off-white head resting on top of clear mahogany coloured body. Spotty lacing. Inviting aroma of carefully roasted caramel malts. Malt-driven taste of caramel and dark bread. A noticeable backdrop of fruit to a malty ending. Likable. (Rating session with Finn and Bryne, Tromsø 15.07.2020).

Bottle. A huge foamy dark beige head forms over a black body. Some curtains. The aroma has a good dash of cocoa, along with roasted malts, notes of bonfire, some dark chocolate and a touch of yeast. It's quite effervescent on the palate, semi-dry and medium bodied. Some burnt malts kind of bitterness, with dark chocolate, coffee notes, some burnt down bonfire and licorice. A faint spiced touch too. Long chocolate dominated finish. Pity about the carbonation level, besides that it's a pretty decent one. 200503
