Bottle. Dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and caramel. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, wood, oxidized and a little toffee.

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small white head. Sweet and nutty nose and flavor with a heavy oxidation and dusty note. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are burnt caramel, dried fruits, malt and hops.

Bottle 300ml.Clear light medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white grey head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted - caramel, keller, sour, leather. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, beery tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy amber/brown with tiny off-white head. Flavour is malt, vinegar, caramel, little fruit, little sour and brett.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, rather flat, amber beer with a small, off-white head. Fruity, sour nose with raisins and a vinegarish touch. Vinegar ntoes, raisins, more dried fruits and a sourish almost lemony touch. Medium to thin on the palate. Vinegarish finish. Not very successful, I guess it’s slightly infected. 110819

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a bubbly off white head. Nose is tart fruit, yeast and brett. Dusty and tart fruity flavor. Thin and flat palate.

Always a little careful when I try something new from this brewery. This beer had a pretty nice smell, but the taste was nothing like it. Fair at best.

33 cl bottle. Clear, deep amber liquid with very small off-white head. Smells of sweet malt, sugar, noble hops and some smoke. Taste is quite sweet and medium bitter. Some weird taste. Medium bodied with almost no carbonation. Way to sweet. Hmm, not good. Tastes a bit weird but not horrible.
