Description

Beer sold and labeled by Brouwerij Het Koelschip in Almere. Very dark colored, in fact almost black. Sour apple aroma. Also apple and some chocolate in the flavor with some vinegar sourness. A bit yeasty. Atypical and a bit amateuristically brewed dunkel weizen. Drinkable, but not a good beer.

Caramel and apple aroma. Very dark color, almost no head. Coffee flavor with a slight sourness. Apple and cherry. Very thin. Disappointing, amateuristic beer with a dirty palate.

Slight malt and orange aroma. Dark amber beer with hardly any head and lacing. Very sweet, heavy, malty surupy and sugary. Cake dough and orange flavors, with alcohol clearly present. Still very young, but not too bad, I don't know if storage would do this beer any good.

Found in Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Orange golden color, almost clear. Nice peppery citrusaroma. Very hoppy citric flavor. An upcoming tartness. Tastes like a good Dupont beer, maybe somewhat less refined. Was Dupont yeast used in this case?

Licorice and melon aroma. and flavor. Sweet, lacks balance. Medium bodied, amber color, off course. The brewery seems to have a doubtful future. I can taste why..

Bottle. Dark brown color. Vinous aroma with vinegar and maggi. Thick, sugary and syrupy. Salt. Vinegar, maggi. Diluted version of Sam Adams Triple Bock. This one tastes just as bad, but is more sugary.
