Burk i hemmet.

Can, 5.5%. Refreshing aroma, clean lemon, coriander, and a touch of fresh yeast. Hazy light golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has lemon as in the aroma, a touch of coriander. The finish is drier with a slightly rough bitterness. Starts off great but does not quite follow through.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, wheat, straw, lemons, and a bit of barley, leading to a bitter finish. 7/3/7/3/14

It is a regular beer for the style, malt, toffee, sweet, few hop, a bit soapy like all the beers of this brewery. 31.05.2017, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at coop, Prilly, business parc.

Bottle. Gold w/thick head. SOme hops and spice, but really it doesn’t work that well and finishes bitter. OK but not one I’d go out of my way to find again.
