Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of matl and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrus, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for being the robbar... you know what.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, some malt and fairly solid bittering hops. Good. 280710

Draft @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottled. Clear redbrown color, short reddish head. Aroma of blueberry, oak wood, apple, varnish, dry wood, leather. Woody taste, dry, slightly sour. The dry wood is overwhelming and reminds me of a dry cider like westons. Nothing like the usual lambic.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye with a best before of 2011. Pours with a small white head and a murky red body. Aroma of funk, leather, berries (possibly blueberries), phenolic. Taste is sour, currants, barnyard, funk, berries, leather and plastic. Lively bubbles.

Huge, extremely dense dark-greige head over near-black beer. Coffeeish nose, with a flair of cigarleaf and speculoos (if a bit overdone, that one), very roasted. Bitter chocolate, coffee, coffeecream, Café Noir cookies, and a bit of Haagse Hopjes - but these with REAL hops (pun intended, sorry). Very slick, smooth, and warming. Alcohol obvious; creamy texture thanks to the persistent head. Another good I.S. - but nothing more.

Light gushing to medium, dense yellow-cream head, not very stable over ruby-brown beer; clear burt for the very last of the bottle. Rich malty nose, with alcohol and something lactic, sweet spices and mild hops. Rich taste, alcoholic and cakey, with hops blending seamlessly in. If anything, more meaty than lactic in the mouth. Very good balance. Quite rich velvety MF, and feels more carbonated than it looks. Long warming aftertaste with alcohol-preserved orangequarts. Dangerously drinkable little bottle, dangerously likeable little nobleman, both very expensive...

Bottle. Hazy brownish with a small slightly tan head. Malt, malt, malt! Yes it was very malty both in the aroma and taste. The aroma also contained syrup, dried dark berries, raisins and caramel. The taste was sweet but not sugary, sticky, thick mouth feel. Aftertaste was long and contained some alcohol. A good Swedish Barley Wine

Bottle. Hazy light copper with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, spices and some bread. Citrus, grass, herbs and bread in the taste. Quite tasty for a low alcohol beer. Low bitterness, light body.
