Bottle 33 cl thanks to Nisse666! Sampled on August 23, 2014. BB May 2015.Clear reddish pale gold color, small fizzy white head. Apple, sweet, applesauce, warm scent. White wine, dry, short, some apple, tart taste. Fizzy sort of thin mouthfeel, very low peel bitterness. Acidic, light lemon aftertaste.

Bottle courtesy of Nisse666. Pours clear and sparkling pale reddish greenish golden with a very small white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny funky with smashed green apples, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is sour, bitter and tiny fruity with green apple skins, minerals, dry soil, lemon peal and hints of chlorine. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, watery and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny fruity with green apple skins, lemon peal, lemon zest, minerals, rubber and hay. Very one-dimensional, citric, astringent and quite watery.
