Bottle at the Gyllene Uttern. Golden body, lazy carbonation. White head. Sweetish fermented apple and oaky notes. Lean taste, very oaky, fermented apple, bit tart, prickly. Quite okay. Just a bit too thin to carry that profile.

--Bottled at Gyllene Uttern, Gränna. -- Clear golden, small head. Tart, concentrated apple aroma. Dry to tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated winegum-y Gränna Smith apples. Musty with some yeasty notes. Mild apple skin bitterness.

Bottle @ Meatballs for the People, Stockholm, overpriced tourist trap restaurant. Pours clear gold. Aroma is light apple flesh. Taste is decent enough, quite thin and light, and exceedingly dry. But just enough apple fruit to make it ok.

Bottle @ SBWF 2014. Pours a clear very pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity dry spicy apple aroma. Fruity spicy apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy dry apple finish.

Bottled at SBWF. Clear pale yellow. Papery nose with a whiff of lemon. Dryish and watery with light body. Like diluted lemon juice. Very simple.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is pples, some grapefruits, mild pices as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is wood, some apples, mild acidic notes as well as some mild fruity notes. A bit like a homemade cider.
