My first beer ever at Ship and Mitre, I think I could come to like this place. The pint was a medium brown with a quite creamy head of light brown foam, some great lacing. A taste of grain, a light bit of chocolate and field. Pleasant, sessionable for a porter.

Third, keg at Ship & Mitre. Shared with Finn. Firm white head. Cloudy pale golden body. Crocheted lacing. Pale malty smell joined by moements of herbal hops. Flavoured with grass, noble hops and mid-sweet malts. Mild malt-fruity end. Soft on the swallow. Quite refreshing. (Liverpool 27.01.2020).
