Bottle, at Håndverkeren. It's a mostly clear, copper colored beer with a small beige head. The aroma has lots of caramel, dark bread and dark dried fruits, with some hints of alcohol, some grass, yeast and spiced hints. It's full bodied, soft and lightly warming on the palate, softly carbonated and with a good bitterness. Quite dryish, not particularly sweet. Bread, caramel, dark dried fruits and a spiced yeasty touch in the flavor. Some peppery and grassy notes show up towards the end. A bit yeasty this one, decent. 211203

Bottle, at Håndverkeren. It's an unclear dark orange colored beer with a finger thick off-white head. Nice lacing. The aroma has a bit much bread and caramel, but also a nice piney, grapefruity hoppyness. It's full bodied, nicely carbonated and not too sweet, with a decent bitterness. Some alcohol. The flavor has bread and caramel in the back, with grapefruit, pine cones and resin. Long hop driven finish. A decent one, but a bit too malty, and not feeling as crisp as I hoped for. 211203

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color, with a dense dark beige head. Some lacing. Quite heavy on the star anise in the aroma, borderline licorice, with a candy touch. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and dry and sour, with the flavor too driven by star anise. Fruity, spiced and bready, with a too bready, almost wort like finish feeling slightly sickening. Sure a strange one. Like some of it, but overall it's not to be repeated. 211126

Bottle. It's an unclear dark peach colored beer with a finger-thick light beige head. The aroma has lots of passionfruit, with some fruity sourness and a light bready note. It's medium bodied and sour on the palate, a bit heavy on the carbonation, quite bready flavor, with lots of passionfruit, some lemon and grapefruit. Lasting passionfruity finish. Refreshing and quite tasteful, although I'm not too fond of this kind of sour beer. 211126
