Swing-top bottle: Pale golden coloured with a touch of orange, small, stable white head; moderate citrousy nose with faint traces of hops in the background; sweet fruity-sourish flavour; short, a bit "dryer" citrousy finish with distinctive traces of hops in the aftertaste. Not too bad.......

Greige, creamy head over well carbonated black beer, foxy shine. Blackcurrant, black chocolate, brown sugar on bread, all fading aroma’s. Dark malts, melanoidine-rich. Lots of restsweetness but balanced by dry-bitterish flavours: woody, slightly hoppy, tannine-like. Whiffs of coffee and cigarette ashes. Dry and sweet at the same time, light to medium body. Very good balance for this Dunkel. Plain but forthright, "quaffable". Kudo’s to these people.

Hazy pale yellow with greenish shine; good, collapsing white head. Sweet, solvent & cloves nose, ending peppery-clovey and fruity. Disconcerting taste, first quite bitterish, and a fishy, fish-spawn, sweet herring; bit of banana but restrained, as is the sweetness, more alleviated by a slight sourish, typically wheat touch. Medium bodied, wheat slickness. Disconcerting, yes, but nowhere bad, despite the strange associations I made. Good, danke, joss .

Huge yellow-beige head; amber beer with olive highlights. (Dark German) bread, sourdough, ending sweet-nutty, crème de noix . Quite bitter, autumn leaves, earthy flavours, background is again bready with some sweetness, but sourdough impression is gone. Has some Bock-like aspirations. This is way better than most Märzens. Medium bodied, refreshing. Hops on the aftertaste, again leafy. Extremely good example of the style. Big thanks to joss.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, golden beer with a decent and stable, white head. Lightly sour, citrusy aroma. Weak fruity notes in the flavour, but mainly this is just plain tart - if not to say sour. Not a very well made Hefe. 011005

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark beer with a warm, reddish hue. Creamy, off-white head. Roasted, malty nose. Flavour with tons of roasted malt, lightly sweet with a medium body. Very soft and quaffable with a discreet bitter finish. A pleasant brew. 011005

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful amber colour with a nice, creamy head. Sweetish, malty aroma. Decent body with flavours of sweet malt. Discreet bitterness. Brewed by a group of disabled people in an "Integrationsfirma" - they did an excellent job. 170905

Dark amber, tanned foamy head. Honeyish, nutty and delicate hoppy and spicy aroma. Medium to light body. Focus on spicy malt (nuttyness), but has a quite elegant hop counterpoint. Dry wooden bitterhop aftertaste. Rather nice.

(bottle) Hazy and pale yellow colour with a medium foamy white head. Banana-fruity nose with yeasts. Malty and yeasty taste with an intense banana note, no spiciness. Short and light but nevertheless aromatic and refreshing finish. Well-made. Thanks pivnizub for the sample.

Swing-top bottle: Orangey to cloudy yellow coloured, mid-sized fluffy steady head; fruity and yeasty nose, impressive citrusy aroma with a tinge of vanilla; the initial fruity-sweetish and yeasty taste turns into a drier, a bit tart fruity finish with a tinge of hoppiness. Pleasant mouthfeel. A fine Weizen !
