Bottle @ home. Hazy light orange light golden color, medium to full sized fluffy white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Some yeast residu floating in it. Aroma is quite fruity, fruity yeast. Taste is dominated by immens fizzy carbonation which gets in the way of the flavor. I can only get some of the same yeasty fruityness and a quite firm bitter finish. Way way way too much carbonation. Could have been decently refreshing I think, but now I donβt think Iβll be able to finish the bottle.

33cl bottle. Dark brown pour with a fine tall tan head, with good retention. Smells like roasted malts, cold coffee and dark chocolate. Tastes like roasted malts, a bit of sugar and coffee.

Fles, thuis. Speciaalbierwinkel Bodegraven. Gebrand hout overheerst de smaak, salmiak, cacao. Smaken zijn niet van hoge kwaliteit of zuiverheid en er mist balans en samensmelting.
