Aroma of malt, dried fruits, herbal notes, caramel, some vinous notes. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Overall too sweet and dull.

Bottle at home. Aroma is bready malt, caramel, oak, ripe dark fruits, yeast, hint of liquorice. Flavour is over moderate sweet with a light bitter finish. Body is medium. Nothing great and I was hoping for a stronger Saison character, but the pleasant oak barrel touches saved this beer for me.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber coloured brew with an big foamy head, when pouring in to the glass. With an taste of spices and a subtle using of honey. Nice beer with an looking Highlander Cow watching you from the label.

Bottle at 6th Noord-Holland Bierfestival, Alkmaar: Hazy dark brown coloured brew with no foamy head at all, taste like Pepsi Cola and honey (I mean this positively). Its have Grog-like medicinal appearance.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, some fruity notes as well as some slight spices and mild nutty notes. Flavour is bready and caramelly malts with some floral, fruity and slight spicy edge to it.
