Moderate aromas of nut shells and caramel malts. Brown malty flavours, caramel and nuts together with a backdrop of chocolate. Dark malt-driven end. Satisfying. (Airbnb, Hamar, 07.01.2023).

0,33 flaske fra VP Kvaddå, hjemme: klar, vakker rødlig kobberfarge og eksemplarisk skum helt ned. En fruktig IPA med god bitterhet, noen røde bær og mye karamell. Deilig maltsmak og fin munnfølelse.

5-4-5-3-10 Bottle, #210, four weeks after bottling. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is pale malts with cereals, hay and toffee, as well as floral hops with grassy minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with cereals, hay and honey, as well as zesty hops with citrusy notes. Dry finish. Some undefineable, not very pleasant fruity esters ruins an otherwise fairly refreshing run of the mill light lager.

330ml bottle, #174, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Hamar. Shared with Leif Ståle and Dag Erik. A pearl white top head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, next-to-clear mahogany coloured body. Moderate smell of dough and earthy malts, semi sweet. Malt-forward taste of bread, nuts, and caramel. A biscuit twist to a mid-sweet malty ending. Soft carbonated. Easy to drink. Fair enough. 330ml bottle, #0159, picked up at Gulating Ølutsalg, Grünerløkka. Huge white head slowly diminishing over a clear golden-amber body. Patchy lacing. Moderate grassy nose, mid-dry. Grass hops with a citric touch to the taste buds, added by grainy malts. Kind of soap fruity ending. Passable. (Hotel room, Oslo 19.01.2022).
