Fra fat på Nydalen Bryggeri og Spiseri: uklar solgylden med ok skum. Syrlige tropiske frukter - pasjonsfrukt, ananas og den nvinnelige mangoen (som forventet) i en slank maltkropp. Lett astringerende avslutning. Forfriskende selv på en overskyet augustdag.

Nice refreshing beer in the summer sun Hazy yellow pour with a fine white head. Good lacing Looks lovely and inviting Lovely passion fruit aroma. Good intensity Balanced sweetness and acidity Mellow fine carbonation level. Easy to drink Tropical fruity, pale malt, biscuit and some salt in the flavor [On tap at Beer Palace in Oslo, Norway]

On tap at the brewpub. It's a lightly foggy golden colored beer with a finger-thick white head. Some curtains. The aroma has white bread in the back, with lime and lemon running the show. It's lightly acidic on the palate, medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, sort of chewy. Bready pale malts, lime and lemon in the flavor, feeling a bit like dishwashing soap in the swallow. A decent one, nothing more. 190607

On tap at the brewpub. A lighlty hazy golden colored beer with a finger-thick white head leaving lacing. The aroma has some caramel and a light malty touch, but it's mostly on the fruity hop side. Pine cones too. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, fizzy and with a decent bitterness. Caramel maltyness, white bread, pine cones and a good dash of fruityness in the flavor. Not a favorite of mine, sort of weird-ish aroma, rather neutral, and overall too fizzy. 190607

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear yellow colored beer, tending toward golden, with a finger-thick white head. The aroma has a touch of banana, with candy, some lemon and coriander, and a twist of bubblegum. It's medium bodied and rather fizzy, quite dry, with a light bitterness. Bubblegum, lemon, candy, banana and some coriander in the flavor, with a medium length finish. Tending too much towards hefeweizen this one, but drinkable anyway. 190607

On tap at the brewpub. It's an almost black one, with a reddish hue. A small dense beige head forms on top, leaving some curtains. The aroma is roasted and lightly burnt, with hints of dried fruits and dark rye bread. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry, with a bit sweetness too. Roasted malts, dried fruits and hints of bread dough. Caramel and a decent bitterness too. Quite nice initially this one, but it turns almost cloying and sickingly toward the finish. 190607

On tap at the brewpub. An almost clear one, dark golden in color, with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has caramel, crystal malt, bread and feels as clost to diacetyl as possible. It's full-bodied and dryish on the palate, pleasantly carbonated, with a nice bitterness. The flavor is almost just as malty as the aroma, but with some piney hops. More piney in the finish. Mostly it's a nice brew, although too much on the caramel side, and sure not dank. 190607

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear yellow colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is piney, resiny and grapefruity, with little to none maltyness. It's medium to full-bodied, quite dry, and with a pleasant carbonation. More bitterness than expected considering the style, which is the way I prefer it. The flavor has some very light pale malts and sweetness, but as in the aroma it's the hops that dominates. Pine cones, grapefruit and some resin notes. Lasting hoppy finish. A refreshing and easy drinkable one, well suited for a warm summer day. 190607
