12 oz. can from Total Wine in Greenville, SC. Thanks Kathy! Pours a dark brown color with a small beige head and decent retention. Light lacing. Nutty aroma. Nutty and roasted malt flavor with a hint of chocolate in the finish. Smooth and clean and very easy drinking. Medium-light body. Slightly thin for a brown ale. Higher than expected carbonation. Low bitterness. Repeatable. And the 6.3% ABV is invisible.

12 oz. can from Total Wine in Greenville, SC. Pours a hazy gold color with an off-white head and excellent retention. Spotty lacing. Light citrus and pale malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Lightly sweet pale malt flavor with a hint of citrus in the mix. Super smooth, clean, and refreshing. Very repeatable. Medium-light body. Lightly carbonated. No bitterness.

Bright and hoppy but a little off-kilter, with the strong notes of passion fruit, lychee, and citrus coming off too aggressive for the husky wet malt base. I’d rather have a Dead Arm.

Not bad, but the New Zealand hops overpower most of the pilsner subtlety, resulting in a near-IPA with a lot of white grape, lime, and pineapple, with a mineral bitterness on the back end couple with a vegetal note and COAST's signature malt funkiness (not a bad thing). Kinda stuck in a stylistic no man's land; not bad, but doesn't really scratch a pils or an IPA itch.

Very grainy, crusty lager, with a cracker undertone mixed with notes of apple, bread, and a hint of lemon. Finishes with a mild floral bitterness. Quite drinkable.

Never quite comes off as a pils; massive Mosaic presence proves too assertive, while the malts had a grainy huskiness that seems too prominent for the style. Not bad, but much closer to a COAST IPA than a pils.

Bomber at share, 2015 vintage. Near black pour, thin beige head. Aroma is roasty and sweet, raisins, fig. taste spoons a nice helping of ABV, sweet, roasty malts, notes of chocolate and raisin, tannic.
