Bottle. A black one, topped by a small dark beige head. The aroma has toffee, roasted malts, hints of wood and sugary rum, some dark chocolate and even more tofeeish rum. It's full bodied, smooth and soft on the palate, with a fantastic carbonation level and quite a lot of sweetness. Toffee, heavy caramel sauce, some dark chocolate and a touch of brown sugar and boozy rum in the flavor. The finish goes on and on, with lots of sweetness and delicious toffee, dark chocolate, rum and treacle hints. A delicious brew indeed, sweet a hell, still not too sticky, with lots of deliciousness. It was delicious when I first tasted it around release, and since it has just grown better and better. But still I can't help wishing for even more complexity. And of course, I wish I had more bottles. 210618

Bottle, 375ml. An almost clear one z deep golden in color. The aroma has a generic fruityness, with citrus, grass, melon hints, pine cones and a peachy touch. It's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and dry with lots of fruity flavors. Grass, citrus zest, pine cones and a light bready maltyness. Some funky notes. Lasting fruity, funky finish with a hint of malts. Nice. 210512

330 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 10. Clear peach to pink colour, large head, slightly off-white. \"Perfumed\" aroma of artificial fruit candy, other fruits as well as cherries. Fizzy and citric mouthfeel. \"Artificial\" flavour of peaches, lemons and sour cherries, no noticeable bitterness. Not something I'll buy again.

Bottle. Almost clear, pale pinkish body with nice champagne looking bobbles under a big white head. Mild aroma with yeast, yoghurt and hint of cherry flavored candy. Taste is quite acidic with hint of yoghurt, salt and mild cherry juice. Medium body and some lemon acidic aftertaste. The cherry part is not particular distinct, but gives some kind of general fruit/berry flavor that’s nice and very refreshing. I actually think I prefer the subdued cherry flavor in this beer, definitively something that could be served chilled as a summer aperitif in champagne glass.

Bottle from Gulating. Hazy pale golden body under a moderate sized white head. A bit weak in aroma, just a hint of pale malt, generic fruit and a spicy yeast touch. Taste is quite light and mild as well, light, smooth pale malt, some kind of fruitiness, mild spicy yeast and a bit floral. Medium to light bodied and same mild aftertaste. No off flavors, quite refreshing but I prefer a bit more taste in my beer, even the thirst quenching one.

Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy golden colored body and a small white head. The aroma is of the fruity kind, with a hint of white bread and spices and herbs. Some pleasant yeasty notes too. The fruityness is quite generic, but some peach, blue plums and ripe pear is showing up. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, crisp and dry, with a soft bitterness. Flavorwise it's pretty much the same, mostly generic fruityness, some grassy hints added, and then the pale malts and yeast do their work. Crisp, fruity and lasting finish. A beer for thirst quenching more than anything else. 210409
