Tasted at Beer Battle @ Christiansssand Brygghus. Quite unclear (but not really hazy) pale golden body with a medium sized white head. Refreshing fruity aroma of citric fruit and grapefruit. Flavor is also mainly fruity, citric, grapefruit, hint of lemon and some zesty bitterness. Quite plain in a fruity refreshing way, not too extreme on the juice but not so much malt or bitterness either. Medium body and the same fruity aftertaste. Plain and refreshing fruity beer.

Bottle @ Hos Oss as Sommeryr. Clear pale pink body with a fine, dense pale pink head. Aroma has sour raspberry candy/juice, not very acidic. Flavor is light and refreshing, mild acidic raspberry. Not much more really. Medium to light bodied and same aftertaste. Refreshing but a bit one dimensional.

Bottle @ Hos Oss. Clear golden body with a dense, creamy off-white head. Mild aroma, hint of wheat, slightly yeasty and floral. No banana, clove etc. Flavor is light pale malt, some light fruitiness in general and hint of yeast. Medium body, moderate bitterness. Nice and easy, refreshing, probably a god choise to white fish, otherwise a bit plain.

Tap @ Hos Oss. Slightly unclear, pale golden with a small white head. Mild aroma, almost a bit perfumed/floral hops, Nelson maybe? Flavor is light pale malt, quite refreshing, slightly floral and hint of grass, not much bitterness. Thin bodied and short aftertaste. Totally drinkable but a bit boring after a few sips.

Tap @ Haandverkeren. Pitch black body with a small beige head. Strong and slightly boozy (in a nice way) aroma. Roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, dry fruit, vanilla, wood and warming, vinous alcohol. Flavor is strong, rich and smooth like aroma – dark roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, dry fruit (raisins), wood, vanilla, balancing bitterness and warming alcohol. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste that feels sweet and warming. A very nice imp. Stout where the sweetness has a fine balance against the dry wood, bitterness and alcohol. Smooth.

Bottle. Hazy yellow golden body with a small, dense white head. Very refreshing aroma of passion, tropical and citric fruit with a little hint of pale malt. Flavor is sweet lacto, citric and tropical fruit with quite much passion fruit, hint of lemon and some fruity bitterness. Medium body with an average aftertaste. Very nice actually even if I’m not a big fan of the style.

Bottle. Slightly unclear amber body with a medium sized beige head. Aroma has caramel malt with Christmas spices that gives a feeling of being a bit off (these kind of spices tends to be short lived in beer). Flavor is medium sweet malt, caramel, toffee and some of the same “dusty” kind of Christmas spices. Medium body and a bit dry, dusty in aftertaste. Drinkable but a bit one-dimensional and not very fresh in flavor.

Bottle @ Cristianssand Brygghus. Dark brown body with a dense, fine lacing beige head. Quite mild in aroma, some malt, caramel, slightly roasted/toast and hint of dry fruit. Flavor is sweet, dark malt, caramel, dry cocoa powder and spicy yeast – a little hint of baking yeast as well actually. Medium body and average in aftertaste. Feel a bit unfinished, might need some storage to settle.
