330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet in Arendal. Shared with Finn. Fawn-coloured head resting over a near-black body. Spiced dark malty aromas, quite inviting. Christmas spices to the taste character, including cinnamon and ginger, dark malty moments joined by a touch of biscuit. Heavy spiced and sweet ending. A bit over the top. Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has a touch of alcohol mixing well with sweet tropical fruityness. Orange, passionfruit, grapefruit, grass hints and a touch of resin, with some pale malts in the back. It's full-bodied and quite warming on the palate, softly carbonated, and mostly dry on the palate. Grapefruit, orange, passionfruit, hints of grass and some pale malts in the flavor. Long finish. A bit alcoholic this one, else a delicious and refreshing one indeed. 221218

330ml bottle, 161, 9,5 % abv, bought at Vinmonopolet in Arendal. Durable fawn-coloured head, clingy lacing, deep rustic brown body. Inviting smell of caramel and mild syrup. Powerful taste of caramel, liquorice, and dried fruits. Rounded roasted finish, not overly sweet. Long-lived. Likeable. (Hotel room, Arendal 26.11.2022).
