Bottle, 75cl corked, at the brewpub. It pours a hazy golden body under a minimal sized white head. The aroma is fruity and yeasty, in a nice Belgian way. A bit boring, still nice. Pears, pineapple and some grapefruit. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with pine cones and citrus fruit. Some malty sweetness. It would be nice with more carbonation. Medium body, it’s semi dry. Pleasant bitterness on the mostly fruity finish. Although a bit thin and flat, it’s a nice and refreshing one, easy drinkable too. 140827

The flavor has a light sweetness, but it is mostly dry. Nice carbonation level. Apples, grass notes and a touch of canned pears in the flavor. Lasting finish. It’s quite bitter on the palate, lightly smoked and with a nice fruityness. Dry and quite thin on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Long finish. A bit weird this one, but tasteful and refreshing. 140714

It’s quite bitter on the palate, not as dry as the aroma suggests. Nice, but a bit high carbonation level. Pine cones, resins and some citrus peel. Peppery yeast. Nice bitter finish.
