4,7% Version, amber body with a dense, lacing tan head. Quite mild aroma of caramel malt and something nasty chemical. Flavor is dominating by an off flavor I have problems to describe otherwise than chemical, like there where cleaning stuff still in the pipeline, but I really don’t know. Something is wrong and not even possible to finish my sample glass.

On tap @ the Brewpub. Clear salmon pink body with a medium sized, lacing white head. Aroma is like a mild wheat beer with raspberries. Flavor is light wheat, yeast and raspberries, straigh forward with nothing extraordinary going on but quite refreshing as an aperitif or something.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a hazy pale orange golden beer with a small white head. Belgian yeast, generic fruityness and a grassy touch. It’s quite dry on the palate, medium bodied and perhaps a bit heavy on the carbonation. Wouldn’t mind more bitterness in this one, even though it’s not really sweet. Fruity, lightly yeasty flavor, with some grass and pale malts. Long fruity and quite bitter actually in the finish. Not bad, perhaps a bit simple, but it’s a blonde. Rating: 6-3-6-3-13. 161001
Tried again, new batch. Sure a different brew, it’s crisper, fruitier and more influenced by the yeast, both in the aroma and in the flavor. Raised the score slightly. 170106

On tap at the brewpub. It’s an almost clear dark candy red beer with a small white head. Some lacing. Raspberry candy dominated aroma with a touch of generic fruityness. Quite dry on the palate, medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a slight sour touch. Raspberry candy flavor too, lasting for a good while. Too one dimensional this one, but far from bad. 161001

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a next to black beer with a small light beige head. Some lacing. Roasted aroma with some coffee and a grassy, fruity touch. It’s medium to full bodied, with a soft carbonation, semi dry. Roasted flavor too, with some bonfire notes and coffee. Chocolate hints too. Long roasted finish with a touch of alcohol. Quite nice this one, drinks easy too. 161001

Gulbrun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter såpe, sterilan! Søtlig smak, får ikke helt såpelukten bort, men heldigvis lett. Noe karamell.

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Fruktig lukt og noe karamell. Middels fylde. Karamell og lett fruktig sødme i smak. Middels bitterhet, sitrus, sitrusskall. Middels lang.
