750 ml. Clear golden color. Flavor is sweet apple, honey base with a slight acid in the backend. Subtle crispness and mostly dry texture. The body is a tad thin but I like this more than the blueberry made from this maker.

740 ml bottle. Clear purple color. Aroma is weak honey, mild floral, no berry at all. Flavor is a tad thin compared to Schamm’s, Kuhnhann, or even Moonlight mead. Extremely weak blueberries. Not sure I am buying anything else from these folks.

Bottle from Kelly and Paul, Thanks for sharing. Deep blue color served still. Vinous with plenty of berry aroma and flavor. Somewhat drier than I usually enjoy but quite tasty.

Bottle shared by Kelly and Paul, thanks. Spicy earthy floral with very little honey flavor or aroma. Somewhat dry and vinous. Not bad.

Can from Kelly and Paul, thanks for the hookup. Brilliantly clear deep golden color with a smattering of bubbles and a small head when first poured. Spice herbal light lemony flavor with very little honey evident. Reminds me of lemon herbal cough drops. Very cleanly made but not my cup of tea.

This Mead is a cloudy pale yellow color with a minimal fizzy head and slippery lacing on the glass. Lemon, lavender and honey aroma. Light to medium body and effervescent with flavors of mildly tart lemon, lavender and floral honey. The finish is sweet tart lemons and honey. Decent overall.

On tap at HoneyMaker, pours a clear pale pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out the hibiscus and light leaves, with dry tropical fruits. Flavour is bursting with tropical fruits, with a nice accentuation with the lime and hibiscus. Surprisingly complex for a session mead. Really good.

Bottle sample at HoneyMaker, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out crisp apples, some champagne yeast, and a touch of fermented out honey. Flavour is more expressive on the apples than the honey, with crisp green apples, champagne yeast and barely a trace of residual sugar. Crisp and effervescent. Decent.

Bottle sample at HoneyMaker, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out lots of juniper berries and basil upfront, with the oranges further back. No hint of honey. Flavour is very herbal, with lots of juniper berries dominating, with a touch of basil and bone dry honey somewhere underneath. This is just not my thing - too herbal and gin-like.

Bottle sample at HoneyMaker, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is dry and oaky, with dry wildflower honey and dry tannins from the oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry wildflower honey, some oak, and alcohol. Nicely warming, with a dry, oaky finish. Solid.
