Pours a clear pale yellow from a can. Light citrus and mango aroma, not much pepper. Similar flavor, light and sweet not spicy. Good mead.

Can, 786 on bottom, drunk 11/13/22. Clear blonde. Pretty lime-forward in the nose, though thankfully not so much in flavor. Good honey base with a slow, fruity burn of delicious habanero character. Mango adds playful fruitiness and sweetness. All around good use of adjunct. Pretty full body though the hydromel aspect and carbonation keeps it drinkable. Lingering heat and fruit and honey. Clean, though there's some buttery character throughout. No alcohol.

Half pour at the tasting room in Kennebunkport, lovely color, deep purple with some pink head. Nose is pretty good, honey sure, but vinous notes, some rose, some cherry and cranberry. Flavor is really dominated by the honey and the blueberry is quite muddled. Reads more berry juice than an actual berry. There is still a lambrusco character that runs through. Finishes sweet and full bodied with a hint of booze.
