Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is biscuity, some vanilla, syrup, burnt sugar and mild tart wooden tones too. Flavour is dried fruits, biscuits, vanilla, syrup, some burnt sugar, and tartish plum. Big plum aftertaste.

Bottled. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of toast, earth and strawberries, Mid sweet with medium to full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Earth, licorice, prunes and dark berries. Long bitter finish.
