170ml draught at Ølhallen. Hazy reddish body, rings of lace down the glass, missing head. Modest smell of berry skins. Moments of red currant and raspberries to the taste profile. Mid-tart and semi dry end. Drinkable. (Tromsø, 16.06.2025).

Bottle from Gulating Stavanger. Unclear straw yellow body with a fluffy white head. Aroma has yeast, cat pee and rubber. Taste is harsh rubber and flowers water. Not god at all, I assume something is very wrong here and would like to re-rate but this beer where ridiculous expensive so this might not happen.

YG 210824. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, alcohol, citrus. Flavor is apple, alcohol, citrus, pear, acidic, grass. OK cider.

Bottle, from trade with Bryne. 8.6% ABV. It's a lightly hazy one, straw colored and nicely sparkling. The aroma is as expected apple driven, with the alcohol filling in the blanks in a pleasant way reminding me of the way a good, strong Belgian beer works. There's notes of bubblegum, citrus zest and pear too. It's full-bodied and softly carbonated, lightly acidic and with a touch of warmth. The flavor is pretty much like the aroma, apple, with bubblegum, grass, some citrus zest and a touch of alcohol. Some apple pie notes too. A bit more acidic in the very end. Not a very complex one, but sure a decent cider, and drinks easily too. 240820
