330 ml bottle, ABV 8.6%, at Ryfylke Fjordhotell, Sand. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, moderately sparkling, no head.Nice and fresh aroma of apples (varieties Aroma and Elstar). Very dry flavour, some fruity acidity, apples and a hint of sulphites.

330 ml bottle, at Ryfylke Fjordhotell, Sand. Brewed in cooperation with Lilland Bryggerihotell, Tau. Apple varieties are locally grown Aroma and Elstar. Very pale golden colour, just the slightest haziness, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples / apple peel / apple kernels, a hint of sulphites. The flavour is medium dry, distinct sulphites, a bit dull.

7-4-7-3-14 Can, #287, four months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well zesty hops with pepper, floral notes and citrusy minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as floral hops citrusy notes and grassy minerals.

Bottle @ the brewpub. Unclear golden orange body under a white head. Aroma of mild, mature apricot, marmalade and hint of ripe tangerine. Taste is moderate acidic fruit like mango, apricot marmalade, some citric zest and happily no yoghurt flavor. Balanced body, actually balanced in flavors all the way, sweet and sour. Refreshing and nice for a kettle sour.

Taste is medium sweet, light roasted dark malt, some toffee, hint of licorices and balanced bitterness. Balanced body and smooth aftertaste. A well-made, balanced bock.

Medium sweet taste with roasted malt, coffee, caramel and hint of honey. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Nice and smooth grocery strength beer. Fine taste and god balance for this low ABV.

Tap @ the brewpub. Clear golden body under a moderate sized white head. Aroma has clean apple and mild acidity. Taste is medium sweet, clean, fresh apple, some acidity and hint of yeast. Medium body and same aftertaste. Quite straight forward fresh apple cider.
