33cl bottle. Color almost black. Lots of toast and roast, coffee and chocolate in the aroma. Sweetish mocca flavour. Bitterish finish. Clean tasting and very flavorful brew.

(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of toffee, chocolate, dark rye bread and dried fruit. Malty, fruity taste with toffee, orange, chocolate, dark bread and dried fruit. Slightly spicy hops in a short finish with moderate bitterness. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Nice and tasty, but dies away too fast.

33cl, bottled as Stallhagen Delikat. Pours amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly sweet, hard to detect. Flavour is caramel malty, not as malty and roasty as most of the dunkels I have tried. Quite long sweet finish. Enjoyable nonetheless but does not stand out in any way.

Bottle. Dark brown color with a small white head. Roasted malt, chocolate and some smoke in the aroma. Quite sweet flavor with coffee, roasted malt. Body was medium, quite bitter aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear copper amber. Sweet malty and fruity aroma with tones of caramel, grass and bread. Sweet malty flavor with notes of fruits and a light bitter hop finish. Also some bread. Quite light body.

33cl bottle. Piurs dark brown, with a beige head. Aroma is quite sweet malty, roasted malts. Flavor is the same, sweet caramel malt. Light body, bit watery. Enjoyed this over dinner, enjoyed it.

Bottle from Tbone, as Stallhagen Julbock 6,8%. Deep dark brown color, almost opague. Malty aroma with hints of ash and nesquick. Malty sweet flavor with milk chocolate and ash. Roasty but not bitter at all. Sticky mouthfeel. Not unpleasant, but needs more bite.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a small white head. Malty and slightly metallic aroma with a hint of corn. Malty and slightly sweet taste with citrus, corn and grain detected. There is a slightly bitter finish. Drinkable and fairly refreshing, but nothing to get excited about.

Draught @ William K, Helsinki. Pours copper color with a tiny head that lasted long. Sweet malty aroma. Malty flavor with a hint of caramel and nuts maybe, decent bitter finish.
