Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Fairly mild aroma of smoked ham. Mid sweet with light body and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Smoked ham, mild grass and crisp bread. Mid bitter finish. Very harmonious. Would have guessed Franconia 100 times out

Tap at Zum Franziskaner. Golden, fine carbonated, offwhite lace. Herbal grassy notes. Medium, dry mellow body with sparkling. Crisp gooseberry, grass base, light lemongrass, very refreshing, quite nice.

Tap at Zum Franziskaner. Clear deep golden. Hay, lime, hops, damp, cold. Full, soft, chewy. Creamy. A tad on the sweet creamy side, more like a Keller, could be a bit more crisp. But decent drinkability. I like.

(Gravity cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 27 June 2025) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty nose with bread, hay, herbs and a mild smoke touch. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, hay, herbs, mild smoke flavours and a gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and well balanced, with a gentle smoke character. Very nice.
