Bottle from Orbaden Spa Hotel. Caramel malt aroma. Mahogany look. Very light smoke in this one. Frankly quite boring.

(Bottle, from the Stockholm Old Town Christmas Market) Dark brown colour with brief, beige head. Malty, sweet nose with notes of caramel, brown sugar, dark bread, raisins and some rye. Malty, sweet taste with caramel, cola, brown sugar, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, molasses and dark rye bread. Light body, quite sweet. On the sweet side, but well made and ok svagdricka. Enjoyable.

On tap at Zum Franziskaner. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of bread and grass. The same in the taste, also some citrus. Soft and easy to drink with a medium bitter finish.

Tap at zum Franziskaner. Pours slightly unclear yellow. Dense, pillow white head, average sized. Smell is rich, malty, tad sweet (pale malts, bread). Taste is very refreshing, malty ( white bread) with an elegant finish and the exact right amount of noble hops aroma. The bitterness leaves the palate refreshed, as well as it is helped by the crispness from the beer. Very well made pilsner indeed, tasting more like a Keller to me though.

0,5 flaske, delt med Gunnar og Bryne på Den store sommersmakingen juli-18: mørk mahogny med ok skum. Mørke karameller, bjørnebær, mørk sjokolade (type moccabønner) og god frokostkaffe. Deilig, tørr bitterhet i avslutningen. Kan gjerne gjentas.
