(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of peaches, bread, hay and wheat. Fruity, hoppy taste with bread, wheat, grass, hay, clove, peaches and a mild citric/spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich and tasty hopfenweizen. Nice one.

Fruity, malty taste with notes of bread, hay, herbs, citrus and a gentle spicy bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced saison. Nice one.

Nötbrun, klar färg. fast skum. Doft av farin och hasselnöt. Ganska lätt smak av farin, kola och hasselnöt. Gräsig beska. Lite vass och kantig. Jag dricker nog hellre Falcon Bayersk.

Backlog March 2015. Dark brown, almost black body under a dense beige head. Aroma is a bit mild with dark malt, ash, coffee, dark chocolate and light smoke. Taste is sweet dark malt, caramel, dry fruit, dark chocolate, coffee, ham and some smoke. Medium body and same tastes goes into the finish. Not very strong in smoke, but decent.

Bottled 330ml. -Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, light herbal caramel nose. Caramel, weak herbal hops, moderate carbonation and bitterish sweet finish. Bit watery even for 3.5%
