Gravicask at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival. Shared with Finn on the first day of the festival. Bubbles on the surface of a golden-amber body, near-clear. Fair lacing. Modest smell of ripe lemon. Citric taste, rather sweet. Ends with semi-sweet citrus. Accepted, a bit empty though. (Rating no. 22300) (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Gravicask at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival. Shared with Finn on the first day of the festival. Almost black in the glass, bubbles on the surface, spotty lacing. Inviting roasted aromas of dark caramel. Flavoured with caramel malts, hints of dark berries, and ash. Roasted malty bitterness to the ending, semi sweet. Well bodied. Nice. (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Gravicask at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival, first day. Shared with Finn. Fawn-coloured head resting on top of a coal black body, lacing rings down the glass. Inviting smell of roasted dark bread, mid-sweet. Comprehensive malt-driven flavours, impacts if chocolate, liquorice, dark bread, and even a backdrop of dark fruits. Roasted ending. Nice, just a bit thin on the swallow. (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Cask @ White Horse, Sweffling. Golden with a thin head. It’s an easy-drinking hoppy pale ale with a nice pale ale dryness in its finish.
