330ml bottle bought at the brewery and shared with Finn. Rocky, white head, opaque golden-grey body. Smell of sweet wheat and fruits. Citrus to the taste buds added by spices, yeast and alcohol. So and so (hotel room, Aalst 01.05.2011).

330ml bottle, house beer, with the food at De Bierkamer. Golden body. Huge, bubble white head, mostly diminishing. Grass fruity aroma. Taste of lemony hops with a tad of spices and candy sweetness. Rounded bittersweet ending. Food friendly (Ertvelde, 30.04.2011).

Taster served from bottle during a visit to Huisbrouwerij Den Tseut. Unclear golden, medium sized, white head. Fresh citrus fruits to the nose. Champagne-like flavour with citric fruits, a bite of yeast and candy sweetness. Dry hopped ending with notes of alcohol. Well bodied. Pleasant (Oosteeklo, 30.04.2011).

Little cloudy yellowish to orange beer, white creamy head, very stable and adhesive. Aroma: (served a little too cold) typical yeast, on warming up more herbal and a bit grassy. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: very malty, bit fruity, grapefruits. Aftertaste: turning to a pleasant hop bitter, dry with citrus notes.

Big offwhite head. Hazy opaque deep yellow body with carbonation. Light delicate floral herbal aroma. Dry delicate herbal peppery taste with floral fruit notes. Light body. Mild mouthfeel. Bottle - Upon opening a large object gushed out of the bottle. After a collective "WTF?" moment, it was determined that it was a hop cone! Yes, a hop cone floater. Odd, to say the least. Pours dirty blonde. White head. Little hop cone floating particles. Unfiltered, to say the least. Nose/taste of musk, yeast, orange peel, spices and hops. Medium body. Pleasant.
