From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild grassy and citrusy. Subdued herbal hops, citrusy and mild grassy. Vague malt base. Sweet fruity impression, yet rather dry finish. Lasting herbal dry finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 29/06/10. Deep gold in colour with a slight white head. Hoppy, hedgerow fruit and grass aroma with a touch of malt sweetness. Easy drinking, with more fruit and some bready malts, leading to a moderately bitter finish., Good.

Cask (gravity) @ The 16th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2010, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear dark red and black brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light acidic - tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100430]

Cask handpull at Reading BF 2010. Gold, slight haze, thin white head. Some hop on aroma. Some sherbert lime hop. A little strong syrup alcohol, but overall quite drinkable. Decent hop and fruit.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2010. Pale chestnut colour. Itโs a light mild. It doesnโt taste of very much, some malt. I know itโs a light mild, but even so, some flavour would be good.

Cask (handpump) @ Harlequin, 108 Nursery Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8GG.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus - orange, fruity, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, spicy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100427]
