Drunk it with Unntap-buddy @ home = Bottle 0,44ltr: Clear dark amber colored brew with an faintly IPA-ish dry bitter taste, some hints of caramel and very faint citrus. An Lager that tried to be an India Pale Ale.

Pours golden with a thin white head. Aroma is acerbic. Taste has some light graininess. Palate is weak, off-flavoring from over fermentation in the can. Not good.

(Rated July 3, 2015, moved from the Ukrainian listing Rogan Zhigulevskoe Originalnoe) 500ml bottle, brewed in Ivanovo, but I don’t really think it’s worth making a Russia entry for this beer. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy. Taste is slightly sweet, bready and rather watery. Doesn’t stand out from the other Zhigis.
