Bottle. Brown colour, clear. Moderate beige head. Aroma & taste: caramel, toffee, esters, dried fruit. Medium body. Nice classic Belgian strong ale.

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a huge good lasting beige head. Aroma of caramel, dark malt, some chocolate and lactose. Taste of dark malt, caramel, hints of coffee and lactose, quite interesting!

Pure white bubbly head stayed impeccably on a very active, murky, caramel coloured body. Citrus & malt aroma. Sharp, prickly & dry of the back. On the palate it’s sweet citrus, peach, melon & peppery.
