Goudgeel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet, krachtig en warm in de mond met iets van citrus, wat vanille, citrus een een beetje banaan.

Bottled (from De Biertonne). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is spices, some alcohol, sweet fruits and mild earthy tones. Flavour is fruity, some spices, alcohol and also some yeasty elements. Gets better when not being fridge cold.

330ml bottle [2021 vintage]. Clear, chestnut colour with wonderful ruby shimmer and small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Earthy, toasty malty and perfumed, herbal-spicy aroma, hints of juniper berry, a touch of lovage, malt lozenge. Taste is slightly dry, herbal-spicy, toasty malty, hints of malt lozenge, juniper berry, a touch of lovage. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite herbal spicy, not overly malt accentuated - a bit strange.

Flaska från nu kursade belgiuminabox. 2019 vintage. Mahognyfärgad klar vätska med kräigt beige skum. Söt fruktig doft och smak med värmande alkohol. Fikon, dadlar, päron, marsipan, fruktkaka, vetebröd. Kladdigt och gott, lite torrare avslutning med kryddiga alkoholtoner ger en liten avslutande kick. Mycket gott
