Description

Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.

Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Murky orange colour, small white head. Riped tropical fruits, peach in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet DIPA. Peach, passion fruit and apricot in the flavour. Mellow for its ABV.

Golden colour, small white head. Citrus, tangerine in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Sweet fruits, lime, pale malts in the flavour. Could be a bit freshier.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Juicyness, peach, pale malts in the nose. Light-bodied. Tropical fruits, pale malts, citrus in the flavour. Quite basic pale ale.

Murky yellow colour, small white head and some lace. Overriped pineapple and stonefruit in the nose. Medum-bodied. Juicy, robust, riped pineapple and stonefruit also in the flavour. Solid, tropical fruity dominated NEIPA.

Opaque brown colour, tiny brownish head. Dark fruits, coffee in the nose with touch of alcohol. Baltic porter -like licorice too. Medium-bodied. Licorice, dark fruits in the flavour. Semi-sweet. Light alcohol backing the palate. Solid Baltic Porter. My Bulgarian beer #100.
